Important Notice: Finalization of the AsiaTEFL 2026 Conference Proceedings

Dear Participants,

We would like to provide a final update regarding the AsiaTEFL 2026 Conference Proceedings. The compilation and layout process is now in its final stage, and the proceedings are nearly ready for publication.

To ensure the timely completion and overall quality of the publication, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the following arrangements: 

• No Further Revisions
  At this stage, we are unfortunately unable to accept additional requests for withdrawals, information updates, or other modifications to submitted materials.
   
• Finalized Submission Information
  Over the past several months, our team has devoted considerable time and effort to organizing, checking, and proofreading all submissions. Multiple reminders were also sent during this period to help ensure that authors had sufficient opportunities to review and finalize their information.
   
• Publication and Coordination Considerations
  As AsiaTEFL 2026 involves a very large number of participants and submissions, further changes at this point would greatly affect the publication schedule and overall coordination process.
   

We sincerely appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation. Our team has worked diligently to accommodate participants’ needs throughout the preparation period, and we are now moving forward to ensure the smooth and timely release of the conference proceedings.
